Today was a truly memorable experience as I had the distinct honor of visiting the Pentagon to celebrate our Coca-Cola 600 victory with Charlotte Motor Speedway. It was an incredible moment to share this achievement with the dedicated men and women who serve our country. Being inside one of the most iconic buildings in the world, surrounded by individuals who exemplify courage, discipline, and sacrifice, added a whole new level of meaning to our win.
A heartfelt thank you to Pete Hegseth for the warm welcome and for making this opportunity possible. Pete’s commitment to our service members and veterans is inspiring, and his passion for connecting the military community with American traditions like NASCAR shines through in every way.
The hospitality we received at the Pentagon was exceptional. Everyone we met took the time to speak with us, share stories, and show genuine interest in our sport and our team’s success. It was a humbling reminder that behind every uniform is a story of dedication and service that goes far beyond what most of us can imagine.
Being able to bring the Coke 600 trophy to the Pentagon felt symbolic—a celebration not only of our victory on the track, but also of the shared values between NASCAR and the U.S. Armed Forces: teamwork, perseverance, and pride in representing something bigger than oneself.
This visit left a lasting impression, and I’m truly grateful for the chance to be part of it. Thank you again to everyone at the Pentagon for your service, your hospitality, and for reminding us of the strength and unity that define this great nation.
We’ll carry this experience with us as we continue our season—driven by the honor of representing all who serve.
