The Tennessee Titans’ wide receiver room is shaping up to be one of the most competitive position battles heading into training camp. With four clear locks—Calvin Ridley, Tyler Lockett, Elic Ayomanor, and Chimere Dike—the real intrigue lies in who grabs the final two or three spots on the 53-man roster.

Van Jefferson brings veteran presence, but his \$1.67M deal (only \$1.17M guaranteed) doesn’t guarantee safety. Production matters more than pay here. Treylon Burks, once a highly-touted pick, hasn’t lived up to expectations, and his future in Tennessee feels uncertain at best. A change of scenery might be what he needs.

James Proche’s value lies in special teams, but his limited offensive upside might leave him on the bubble. Bryce Oliver has been a standout in limited opportunities, and whether he makes the active roster or lands on the practice squad, he’s worth keeping around.

Xavier Restrepo is a reliable route-runner with great hands, but the Titans have emphasized speed this offseason. He’ll need to prove he can contribute on special teams and stand out in preseason action. Colton Dowell, despite health issues, has elite athleticism and upside, especially in coverage units.

While some longshots may still flash in camp, the depth of this group ensures tough decisions ahead. Whether the Titans keep six or seven WRs, expect this battle to come down to performance in August. It’s an exciting mix of proven vets, upside players, and special teams contributors.
