Yamaha proudly announces the launch of the highly anticipated 2026 YZ500F, a high-performance motocross machine that raises the bar in power, agility, and technology. With a maximum power output of 55.3 horsepower at 10,000 rpm and peak torque of 33.0 lb.-ft., this bike is engineered for riders who demand the ultimate combination of speed and control.

 

Retailing at $12,750 in the U.S., the YZ500F is set to hit selected European dealerships beginning June 2025, followed by a North American release in July, with global availability to follow.

 

Built around a completely redesigned aluminum bilateral beam frame, the YZ500F offers improved handling and structural rigidity while reducing overall weight. The 500cc liquid-cooled DOHC single-cylinder engine benefits from revised intake and exhaust systems, delivering a smoother throttle response and higher revving capability.
