The Chase Elliott Foundation’s DESI9N TO DRIVE program returns for its ninth consecutive year, continuing its heartfelt mission to support Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA). This annual initiative gives young patients battling serious illnesses a creative platform to share their stories—and this year, 11-year-old cancer patient Rhealynn Mills takes center stage.
Rhealynn’s winning design will proudly adorn Chase Elliott’s No. 9 Chevrolet Camaro during the NASCAR Cup Series race at Atlanta Motor Speedway on June 28. Her vibrant and courageous artwork reflects not only her personal journey through cancer treatment but also the strength, resilience, and hope that defines every child at CHOA.
The DESI9N TO DRIVE program, launched by 2020 NASCAR Cup Series Champion Chase Elliott and his foundation, merges the excitement of motorsports with a powerful charitable cause. It shines a light on the children and families facing extraordinary medical challenges, and it brings joy, visibility, and encouragement to them through nationwide exposure.
Beyond the paint scheme reveal, the program also includes the auctioning of race-worn memorabilia and merchandise, with proceeds directly benefiting CHOA. This creates a meaningful opportunity for fans to support pediatric healthcare while celebrating the talents of these inspiring young artists.
As the race in Atlanta approaches, Rhealynn’s story reminds us all that bravery comes in many forms. The Chase Elliott Foundation continues to drive awareness and compassion—on and off the track—proving that even the smallest voices can leave the biggest impact.
